Situated in Edenvale, Gauteng, Process and Allied Contracting Equipment (Pty) Ltd, trading as PACE VALVES, is a multi-discipline valve supply company, which has been serving the local and sub-Saharan markets for more than 35 years. During this time PACE has executed supply contracts for most, if not all, of the major engineering contracting houses and for a broad cross section of industry sectors, including mining & minerals processing, water & waste water treatment, chemicals & petrochemicals, iron & steel production, power generation, and industrial gas production & reticulation.
PACE offers a comprehensive range of valves, actuators and controls, to isolate or control your process media, underpinned by world class manufacturing partners with the capability to deliver products which comply with both local and international engineering standards.
The cornerstone of PACE’s continued success is the technical expertise within the company, which enables the ability to interrogate customers’ process conditions and project specifications to ensure that the most cost effective and fit-for-purpose solutions are provided, for any given valve application. This is supported by meticulous supply chain management and the diligent application of the company’s quality management system, so that products reach the customer on time and to the agreed specifications.
PACE also prides itself on the ability to provide unfailing after sales support, no matter when and where a customer need arises. It is a key company philosophy to ensure that a customer’s plant can start up on time, as planned, and can continue to operate with minimal down time.
Customer satisfaction is the number one priority for PACE VALVES – it has helped to sustain the company through three and a half decades, and should continue to do so for many, many more years to come.
In 1988 a subsidiary company, Floval (Pty) Ltd, was established to manufacture a range of self-acting control valves for clean liquid service. The valve range includes pressure relief & sustaining, pressure reducing, level control, stope isolation, fire deluge, solenoid actuated isolation and more, in sizes from DN25 to DN300. Castings and key proprietary components are sourced from local foundries and manufacturers, enabling the highest local content of any valve of similar a design available in the South African market.
