In a tough economic climate, many businesses are looking for ways to streamline their finances. Werner Pumps, leading South African design, manufacture, supply and maintenance specialist in high-pressure jetting equipment, offers flexible finance arrangements to help customers manage their cash-flow and access the equipment they need.
“We realise that while our jetting, vacuum and recycling truck units are competitively priced on the local market, they still represent a large capital outlay for our customers,” says Sebastian Werner, MD at Werner Pumps. “But for many customers, these trucks are a fundamental tool for bringing in income. That’s why we’ve partnered with a reputable finance house to offer financing options for our units.”
Werner Pumps is able to assist customers with the application on their behalf to finance any of the company’s 100% locally manufactured truck units, so that they are able to pay the unit off over an extended period of time.
“We will also consider rent-to-own options, where customers put down a 50% deposit on a truck and then are able to use the unit in their business and pay a rental fee to Werner Pumps every month until the balance is settled and they can take full ownership of the vehicle,” Werner says.
He explains that the company has been working hard over the past few years to find new ways of meeting their customers’ business needs, from expanding its range of accessories to increasing in-house manufacturing capabilities to cut down on lead times and keep costs in hand, building a small service fleet and improving and formalising the operator training provided to every customer. “But the most important thing for customers is being able to secure the equipment they need to run their businesses, which is why we’ve been working on flexible finance options too,” he says.
“We also offer a range of trailer units for smaller customers who can’t yet afford the expense of a truck. We hope that we can help our customers to build their businesses alongside our own, and that the relationships we build will be long-lasting and mutually beneficial.”
