MDM to present at BankTech 2018 Southern Africa Conference

With growing pressure looming in the financial industry, organisations need to find ways in which they can equip themselves with the knowledge and understanding of regulatory issues and disruptive technologies. In South Africa a great emphasis has been placed on governance risk and compliance, changing regulatory concern, new technologies coming into play, and managing customer expectations and experience. As a result, the need for evaluation of strategic approaches to remain at the forefront of transactional banking operations are crucial.

Consequently, TCI will be hosting BankTech2018 Southern Africa Conference from the 3rd of October to the 4th of October 2018 at the Indaba Hotel in Fourways. Over 150 attendees will be participating in the event and discuss topics ranging from the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, payments, cyber security, channel, digital, mobile, data, fraud, distribution, technology to customer and very importantly analytics.

The conference will be featuring over 20 speakers on the day who will be highlighting the latest transaction banking, technology and innovation. Gary Allemann, Managing Director at Master Data Management, who has been invited to speak at the event, will unpack analysing transaction data in the financial industry and touch base on the challenges with analysing this data and effective solutions of getting transactional data off the main frame and into advanced analytics platforms.

Professionals from the banking sector will have the opportunity to discuss how advanced analytics platforms can work best for them. Furthermore, this event will allow organisations to come together and share latest technologies and insights in the financial industry.
