Non Destructive Testing / Inspection
Services & De-Tect Unit Inspection Expertise
Our services consist of manual and automated ultrasonic scanning systems, including Phased Array, Time of Flight Diffraction (ToFD), A-scan and Guided Wave techniques.The radiography services include digital as well as computed radiography along with close proximity systems using X-Ray or Gamma Ray techniques. These used in conjunction with battery operated self-propelled crawlers can be applied for pipeline projects and other specific applications.
We also offer corrosion mapping (A, B, C Scan) and wall thickness surveys, tank floor inspection and mapping, to complement the corrosion technology we can use composite wrapping to prolong life of components examined until a more permanent repair can be performed, positive material identification and verification (PMI |XRF|OES|LIBS), hardness surveys and a variety of surface and visual crack detection techniques including custom customer specific systems based off needs.
