Women in Mechanical Works, taking the industry to the next level
Womech is a workshop that was established by two dynamic and enthusiastic young black ladies who have realised the opportunities that exist in the industry. The business was born in concept in January 2017 and officially opened shop in October 2017. The vision was conceived through the passion of the two mechanical expert sisters who are qualified Diesel mechanic and Auto electrician. The two-boast vast experience from exposure to the fleet needs and requirements of government departments and parastatals as well as small and large operational businesses.
Womech (Pty) Ltd is an automobile repair and maintenance company dealing in all makes of vehicle ( cars, trucks, buses and earth moving equipment), but specializing in fleet vehicles mainly ( Toyota, Ford, Mazda, VW and Mercedes Crafter etc.)

We aim to promote the best quality services, to promote economic growth and alleviate poverty,
to be market driven and professional in all the services offered and to train at least 10 apprentices a year”
Womech’s vision is also to make our service provision extendable and to eventually establish a franchise of small mechanical repair service, something like a fast-food drive through, for your car.
Mission:
Our goal is one of delivering excellence in our workmanship, setting the tone for a mission to achieve the fastest turnaround time with the servicing of all our vehicles and achieving a zero-percentage come-back rate.
Culture:
Our mechanics are well trained and form part of our family, we like to take care of customers as well those who look after them. Our customers form the heart of our operation and thus the heart of the family, all the directors are available for any complaints and/or concerns. We are here for you and your vehicle.
Dineo Glomane
Ms. D.P. Glomane matriculated in 2001 before obtaining her National N Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. In 2004 she attended the Tshwane South College where she did her practical training.
In 2005 Ms. D.P. Glomane began working as an Apprentice Auto Electrician for Value Logistics. She was trade tested in 2008 and then continued working for the same company as a qualified Auto Electrician. In 2010 she worked for Busco Malelane as an Auto Electrician before joining MAN Truck and Bus where she worked until May 2012. She then worked for BMW SA as a Technologies Trainer, CTC Witbank as a Training Officer and Trade Test Assessor and then completed her working career at Vocational training academy as an auto electrician training officer. Dineo is currently working as a workshop manager for the company (Womech).

Keneuwe Glomane
Ms. K.J. Glomane matriculated from the Beacon High School in 2001. She then attended Tshwane South College where she obtained her National N Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in 2008. In 2013 she obtained her National Diploma NQF 6 in Project Management and is currently doing her B-Com Business Management through the University of South Africa.
Ms. K.J. Glomane did her apprentice as a Diesel Mechanic between 2005 and 2008 and completed her Trade Test in August 2008. She then worked as a qualified Diesel Mechanic for Value Logistics Limited between August 2008 and May 2010.She then joined Wesbank as a Technical Advisor. In April 2011 she joined Eskom where she has worked as an Fleet Technical Officer, as well as a Fleet Technical Safety and Compliance Officer. She has since been promoted to Eskom Rotek Industry as a site manager.

Minor and Major Repairs- oil change, all filter change, sparkplug, fan belt replacement and timing belts and chains.
Clutch Overhauls- clutch and slave cylinders, flywheel,
Brake Overhauls- brake pads, disc, drums and shoes wheel bearings and brake master cylinders. We also do ABS braking system.
Engine Overhauls-cylinder head machining, engine block machining, piston and ring replacement, crank and valve replacement

General automotive repairs- faults diagnosis, wiring repairs, overhauling of starters and alternators, installation of reverse lights buzzers, strobe lights, electric winches, trailer plugs, radios, spotlights. Computer fault diagnosis and replacement, ignition switch repair and key cutting,
Vehicle accessories- we fit tow bar, bull bar, roll bars, seat recover and repairs, cab inside mat replacement.
