African Petrochemicals is a leading industry platform dedicated to connecting and advancing the petrochemical sector through media and exhibitions. Established in 2003 and proudly under new leadership since 2019, we are a Level 1 B-BBEE, SMME, and proudly South African company.
Our print and digital magazine provides critical insights into the upstream petrochemical industry – covering innovations, technological advancements, and market trends related to fuel production. Through strategic digital placements and social media engagement with over 50,000 industry professionals, we strive to ensure maximum visibility for companies operating in this sector.
We host two annual African Petrochemical Roadshows– one in Secunda and the other in Sasolburg – specifically designed to bring together key stakeholders, suppliers, and innovators. These exhibitions serve as a hub for knowledge exchange and business development, showcasing products and services that enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability in fuel production. Each expo features expert-led presentations that deliver valuable industry knowledge, focusing on procurement processes, supply chain opportunities, and technical advancements – without sales pitches.
In 2025, our focus is on Instrumentation and Control Automation, a critical area for optimizing production processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving efficiency in the petrochemical industry. As facilities increasingly integrate automation, the need for advanced measurement, monitoring, and control solutions is essential to enhancing operation reliability and sustainability.
