Richards Bay Roundtable Networking Dinner

Together we would like to offer you the opportunity to meet, engage with, and entertain some of the leading local Richards Bay corporate companies.

20 Tables are available with a maximum of 6 guests per table. The venue can accommodate a maximum of 120 guests.

Time: 7pm for 7:30pm

Dress: Semi Formal

The evening will consist of a 4-course meal with drinks included. After the first course has been served, 3 of your guests will leave your table and 3 new guests will be seated at your table. This will happen 4 times during the evening.

You will have the opportunity to decorate your table with your corporate branding and collateral on your company can be distributed in the welcome bags. Included in the decoration/branding of your table could be corporate gifts if you so choose.

The Zululand Chamber is available to assist with suggestions on who could be invited to your table and their suggestions will be for a specific person from a company that is aligned to your business. The chamber will do a formal introduction by mail or will forward a personalized invitation on your behalf to your invited guests.

Each table will be given the opportunity to address the dinner guests for 1-2 minutes and if you would like to make a prize available this would be the time to do a lucky draw.

If your company is well entrenched in the local corporate community the Roundtable Networking Dinner could provide the opportunity to host some of your existing clients.
